Rebecca is the visionary Founder and CEO of Exera Solutions and Co-Founder and CEO of Orgpath. She leverages her diverse background as a strategic leader to provide fractional executive, management consulting and business coaching services that help her clients scale and grow.

Her educational background includes a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Human Resources Management, along with a certifications in Management Consulting and Growth Marketing. Currently, Rebecca is completing her Executive MBA, further deepening her expertise.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Rebecca engages in various creative hobbies, including writing, ceramics, metalsmithing and songwriting. Prior to completing her undergraduate studies, she obtained a certificate in Independent Music Production. She has recorded music that has been featured on the radio and in a video game with over 250k downloads to date.
