Where are you located and where do you offer your services?

I am based in the Kitchener Waterloo region in Ontario, Canada but offer my services to clients globally. The majority of my services are offered virtually, however, I travel to my clients as necessary. I have worked at client locations across Canada, the United States and the Caribbean.

Do you travel for consulting and speaking engagements?

Yes, I offer my services globally and charge a nominal fee for travel and accommodations.

What do you charge for your services?

I provide value-based services and quote my clients based on the nature of their unique needs. Please schedule a consultation to provide me with an overview of your needs and I will gladly get back to you with a proposal.

What industries do you provide services to?

I provide services to most industries as my services translate to the needs of a variety of businesses. I have experience in the transportation, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, start-up, tech, wellness and automotive industries.

How long does a typical consulting engagement last?

On average, projects take 6 to 12 weeks from start to finish but this depends on the scope of work.

How is communication handled during the consulting engagement?

I am available to my clients by phone, email, Google Meet and by using the client’s preferred method of communication (ex. Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).

How quickly can you start a consulting project?

I am continually taking on new projects and the lead time to start depends on my current caseload.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with clients?

Yes, I sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement with each of my clients.

What is your payment policy?

When the scope of work is signed, I take a 50% non-refundable deposit and expect the balance upon completion of the project.

What is your cancelation and refund policy?

After the scope of work is signed, the client may cancel at any time. The deposit paid is non-refundable as I have allocated time and resources to your project. If the project is more than 50% complete, the client will be charged for any additional work incurred up to the time of cancellation. For example, if the project is 75% complete and the client chooses to cancel the engagement, they will be billed the additional 25% of the fee for the time and resources incurred after the halfway mark.

What support do you provide after completion of a consulting project?

I offer post-project support packages that are tailored to my clients’ needs.
